Most London handymen quote you a day rate, an hourly rate, or "we'll see when we get there." Then the bill turns up double what you expected, or the tradesperson ghosts on the small job you actually needed done.
Every job on our list has a fixed price. You know what you'll pay before we lift a tool. If your job isn't on the list, we quote it — but it's still a flat price, agreed up front, not a running meter.
The clever move if you've been putting off a to-do list: book us in for the biggest job, then add the rest from £12 each. Blinds up, TV mounted, sealant redone, shelf fixed, tap fixed — a whole Saturday of jobs done for the price of one visit and a handful of add-ons.
Taps, toilets, showers, valves, minor pipework.
Sockets, switches, light fittings. Notifiable work referred to a Part P specialist.
Washing machines, dishwashers, ovens, TVs.
First-response diagnosis. Gas work referred to a Gas Safe registered engineer.
Bigger than a handyman job? Kitchens, bathrooms, loft conversions and extensions are quoted through our renovations process — site visit, written scope, one flat rate.
Every price below is a flat rate for the job, not an hourly rate. If what you need isn't listed, send a photo and we'll quote it the same way.
Covers our call-out and your first small job: leaking tap, toilet seat, door handle, sealant run, smoke alarm, towel rail and similar quick fixes.
Up to 5, hung level and secure on any wall type.
Up to 2 shelves, fixed straight and load-ready.
Small furniture built and checked over.
Bracket fitted, TV mounted, cables tidied.
Wardrobes and larger units assembled and levelled.
Old sealant out, new mould-resistant sealant in.
Cleared, flushed and flowing freely.
Safe access, full clear on higher runs.
We make it safe today. Follow-up work quoted separately.
The cheapest way to clear your whole to-do list in one go. Book us for the biggest job, then bundle the rest — blinds up, TV mounted, sealant redone, shelf fixed — all done in the same visit from £12 a job.
All prices labour only, per job, across South East London and North Kent. Materials at cost + supply. Gas work and notifiable electrical work referred to Gas Safe and Part P registered specialists, shown separately on your quote. Prices under London review — confirm at quote.
Or call, or use the contact form. Photos of the job over WhatsApp are the fastest route to an accurate price.
One clear price in pounds. Agreed before we lift a tool.
Job done, mess cleared, guarantee applies. Add extra jobs on the day from £12 each.
Same faces every visit. A named crew on the doorstep, not a random subcontractor you've never spoken to.
One clear price agreed before we start — no hourly surprises, no creeping bills at the end.
Dust sheets down, mess cleared, left as if we were never there.
Every crew member. Certificate available on request.
We don't do gas or notifiable electrical work in-house. We book a registered specialist and show their fee separately on your quote.
If something we installed or repaired isn't right, we come back and put it right.
Ask to see any of the above at your visit — we bring them with us.
We work out of an Ebbsfleet base and cover South East London and the North Kent corridor: Greenwich, Lewisham, Bexley, Bromley, Southwark and Lambeth, plus Dartford, Ebbsfleet, Gravesend, Northfleet, Bexleyheath and Sidcup. We're not covering Central or West London for now. If you're just outside that patch, ask anyway and we'll tell you honestly whether we can get to you.
Every job on our list has a fixed price. You know what you'll pay before we lift a tool. If your job isn't on the list we quote it, but it's still a flat price agreed up front, not a running meter. No day rates, no hourly billing, no bill that arrives bigger than the number you agreed.
No. Quotes are free. Send a photo of the job on WhatsApp and you'll usually get a price back the same day.
Once we're booked in and on site, a small extra job is roughly a ten to fifteen minute task you'd otherwise pay a full callout for: hanging a picture, changing a bulb in a fitting, adjusting a door catch, tightening a loose handle, refitting a toilet seat. Those are from £12 each, added to the same visit. Bigger jobs are quoted separately, but usually at a discount against a standalone callout because we're already there.
Either. We can supply everything, fit items you've bought yourself, or mix the two. Materials we supply are charged at cost plus supply. Tell us which you'd prefer at the quote stage so the price we give you is the price you pay.
We don't carry out gas work or notifiable electrical work in-house. We work with Gas Safe registered engineers and Part P registered electricians and coordinate their visit for you. Their fee is shown separately on your quote from our labour, so you can see exactly what you're paying for and to whom.
Yes. Every crew member is DBS-checked and the certificate is available on request. We're also insured for domestic and commercial work. Ask to see any of it at your visit and we'll bring it with us.
Same-day for genuine emergencies — no heat, no water, no security. For booked handyman work it's typically within a few days, and we'll tell you the honest availability from the diary when you call rather than promising a slot we can't hold.
Yes, though Saturday and evening slots book out first, so book ahead where you can. If you need an out-of-hours visit, say so when you enquire and we'll tell you what's actually free.
Yes. Our workmanship is guaranteed — if something we installed or repaired isn't right, we come back and put it right. That's the whole point of being a named crew you can reach directly rather than a subcontractor who's moved on.
